Our work with Dev began during a time in which our company was dissatisfied with our options in the market for space design, and at the same time was in need of finding a general contractor that could be more price-competitive. Working with Dev, we found a solution to both of our needs.
In terms of space design, Dev works tirelessly to understand the tenant’s needs, get input from all of the tenant’s key players and refine the plan until the tenant is pleased with all aspects of their new space.
In terms of construction, he has always come within budget and has never gone over the scheduled completion date.
In terms of business development, Dev has been an active partner for our firm in seeking new opportunities. He has demonstrated great effort in understanding project characteristics, meeting with municipal offices, designing, pricing and presenting potential buildings for our clients.
Perhaps most importantly, at the end of a sometimes difficult design and construction process, Dev maintains excellent relationships with our tenants and continues to follow up even after the warranty periods have expired.
